Quote requests

Submitting the website form requests a quotation only. It does not place an order, reserve production capacity or create an obligation to purchase.

Customer accounts

The customer portal is intended to provide convenient access to order information, documents and estimates. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for notifying Forge & Crest if you believe your account has been accessed without authority.

Estimated dates

Dates shown for proofs, production, dispatch or delivery are estimates unless Forge & Crest expressly confirms otherwise. They may change because of artwork approval, manufacturing, freight, supplier or other order requirements.

Artwork and authority

By submitting artwork, logos or insignia, you represent that you are authorised to provide them for quotation and reproduction assessment. Forge & Crest may decline work where ownership or authority is unclear.

Pricing and production

Final pricing, specifications, timing and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately. Production should not begin until the applicable artwork and order details have been approved.

Portal records

The portal may contain copies of invoices, designs, proofs and tracking information for convenience. If portal information conflicts with a formally issued invoice, written order confirmation or separately agreed specification, the formally issued record should be checked with Forge & Crest.

Website content

Examples, finish descriptions and manufacturing options shown on the website are illustrative. Availability and suitability depend on the final design and manufacturing specification.
